한국에 프라임오피스는 아직 부족 _ 매일경제신문

"공급과잉이라고요? 아직도 프라임오피스는 부족합니다." 김문덕 세빌스코리아 대표는 10일 매일경제와 인터뷰하면서 "10년 전과 비교해 중국 상하이는 10배, 홍콩이나 싱가포르도 3배 이상씩 오피스 공급이 늘었지만 한국은 이제야 2배 정도 늘었을 뿐"이라며 "아시아 주요 경쟁 시장들과 비교하면 서울의 프라임오피스 빌딩은 아직 추가 공급 여지가 있다"고 말했다.
