DMC - Office sector briefing
- DMC posted a 21.3% increase in the vacancy rate for Q2 2009, up 3.5% from the previous quarter. The average rent rate dropped by 0.5% (based on NLA) from the previous quarter to KRW 43,900 per 3.3058㎡(based on GLA). Considering the efficiency ratio, the rent rates in DMC are 40% lower than the average of prime buildings in the three major office districts in Seoul.
