Savills Korea Re-brand
Savills' Korea-based businesses have merged and rebranded into one property services company.
BHP Korea and Korea Asset Advisors, formed fifteen years ago, were purchased by Savills in 2006 but operated under a co-branding arrangement. The rebrand to Savills Korea will mark the integration of these businesses fully into Savills' global network, enabling the Korean business to increase their international offering while expanding their existing domestic services as well.
Robert McKellar, CEO of Savills Asia Pacific, says: "Savills name and reputation is now well established across Asia, and this rebrand is important to demonstrate to the market the scale of our services both geographically and across all sectors."
Hokyu Lee, CEO of Savills Korea, adds: "This is a good time to integrate our business into the wider Savills brand and we are delighted to be part of the such a dynamic operation."
Savills Korea has over 130 staff at its office at Seoul Finance Center Building, 84 Taepyungro 1-ga, Chung-gu, Seoul, Korea. Its scope of services include investment, leasing, asset and property management.
